Nothing to pay upfront. Venditas POS is free for the first 30 days; after that it costs ₹3 for each paid bill, with every feature included. A restaurant with 20 bills a day pays about ₹1,800 in a 30-day paid month (₹60 a day), before applicable taxes. It is a flat ₹3, not a percentage of your sales.

What ₹3 a bill adds up to
You pay only for bills that are paid. Here is what a month looks like at different sizes, open 30 days:

Not included yet
We would rather tell you now: Venditas needs internet to save orders (there is no offline mode yet), and it does not yet connect to Swiggy and Zomato or online payment gateways. There is a Tally export for your accountant (TallyPrime XML); it is new, so ask your accountant to try one month first. Online orders on your own page are paid at pickup, on delivery, or by UPI straight to you.
Quick answers
How much does Venditas POS cost?
Nothing upfront. The first 30 days are free. After that it is ₹3 for every paid bill, billed once a month by UPI. Every feature is included. Prices are plus applicable taxes.
Is the ₹3 a commission?
No. A commission is a percentage of your sale. Venditas is a flat ₹3 for each paid bill, whether the bill is ₹150 or ₹1,500. On a ₹400 bill that is under 1%.
What counts as a bill?
A bill counts when it is paid. Cancelled orders, QR or phone orders you reject, and ₹0 bills (for example a fully complimentary meal) are free.
Is there a setup fee, minimum or contract?
No minimum and no contract. Setting it up yourself is free. If you want us to do it for you (menu, tables, bill details, staff logins, printer and staff training), it is free for the first 100 restaurants, then ₹2,999 one-time.
What do the first 100 restaurants get?
Our setup service free (usually ₹2,999), and ₹3 a bill fixed for 2 years from the day they sign up. All we ask is honest feedback.
Do I need to buy hardware?
No. Venditas runs in the browser on the phones, tablets and computers you already have. A receipt printer is optional, for printed bills and KOTs.
How do I pay Venditas?
Once a month we send you the number of paid bills and the amount on WhatsApp, and you pay by UPI. No card is stored and nothing is charged automatically.
What happens after the 30 free days?
Nothing stops working. Paid bills simply start counting at ₹3 each. The owner sees a reminder in the POS three days before the free period ends.
Do orders from my own online ordering page cost extra?
No. They count like any paid bill: ₹3. Venditas does not charge a percentage commission for them. Your separate delivery or payment-provider terms can differ. See the online ordering page.
Is there a monthly cap on the ₹3-per-bill price?
No. At 50 paid bills a day for 30 days, Venditas costs ₹4,500 a month, plus applicable taxes. At 100 a day, it costs ₹9,000. Compare your actual bill count with your current software quote before switching.
What does the phone agent cost?
The phone agent is a separate, optional add-on: ₹9,999 a month per outlet with 300 calls, or ₹19,999 with 700 calls, with 14 days free. The POS works fully without it. See the phone agent.
